After losing his business in 2014, Nadeem sought employment in any way he could to provide for his wife, Tryma and two young daughters. They had to face eviction, unstable and low income as well as being taken advantage of.
Nadeem is now self-employed as a bottled water distributor and as a part-time handyman, but even with two jobs the income still falls short of their monthly commitments. The pandemic’s effect on the economy is affecting them.
